Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Request the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to request a return

Find the order and click Request a Return.

Select the reason for return

Upload a clear photo showing the item’s current condition (include tags/packaging if possible).

Submit your request.
Once we receive your return request and photos, our team will review it promptly.
What happens next

We’ll review your request and notify you via email or your account within 48 hours.

If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to proceed further.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days and confirm by email, Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may need a few additional business days to complete the transaction and reflect it on your statement.
